The 10th China BDS Application Forum & Annual Conference of China GNSS and LBS Kicked Off in Zhengzhou

The 10th China BDS Application Forum & Annual Conference of China GNSS and LBS was held in Zhengzhou International Conference and Exhibition Center recently. Some 50 academicians and experts from Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chinese Academy of Sciences as well as representatives from enterprises adopting BDS attended the conference.

Themed by “Innovating BDS Application And Promoting Intelligence Industry” with the concept of “Based in Zhengzhou And Influencing The Whole Nation,” the conference aimed at promoting BDS+ or +BDS in various industries and vigorously enhancing the integrated and innovative application of BDS. Guided by the implementation of “new industries” and “new infrastructure construction,” the conference started with “Innovation China” and gathered enterprises and public institutions within the satellite navigation and location service sectors across the nation as well as experts in Zhengzhou to discuss the great development plan for BDS industry and jointly seek a new chapter for the high-quality development of BDS industry.

The conference presented high-profile forum on satellite navigation and location service, thematic forums on multiple BDS segments, expo on BDS integrated application achievements and the 4th BeiDou Star competition of innovation and entrepreneurship. Several awards were given during the conference, including science and technology progress award, innovative application award and life-time achievement award for satellite navigation and positioning.
