China and Japan held Second Navigational Satellite System Frequency Coordination Meeting in Tokyo

The second frequency coordination meeting was held from August 10th to 14th 2015 in Tokyo between the operator of the BeiDou Navigation Satellite System, China National Administration of GNSS and Applications (CNAGA), and the operator of Japan’s QZSS satellite communication system. The negotiation over the issues on navigation signal compatibility on frequency band L (1164-1300MHz、1559-1610MHz) and frequency compatibility on frequency band C (5000-5010MHz) was held by the two partied which is followed by a basic agreement.
